Teachers at Temecula Elementary, a Title I School, have been gearing up for another excellent year of effective teaching, parent outreach, and great test scores. Nearly half of their students are from low socio-economic backgrounds, which creates both challenges and opportunities for their staff.  The Temecula Elementary staff offers several programs to address those challenges, including a systematic thirty minute ELD Program, daily vocabulary development, homework club, tutoring, extended library hours, and a host of staff development programs to keep teachers on the cutting edge of instruction.  Tiger teachers made a seamless start, and your president enjoyed the opportunity to be in everyone’s classroom to watch our members “Stand and Deliver”.
