If you ask Principal Pam May what makes her campus stand out, she will respond with a host of compliments about her teachers, whom she considers the backbone of the school.  Some of her comments include teachers’ “desire to grow professionally, great classroom management techniques, and the ability to motivate students to learn”.  Much appreciated is the fact that veteran educators are both enthusiastic  and willing to share their ideas with those newer to the profession. Their relationship within the school community is also very strong, and they have deepened their partnership with parents this year.  Although among the oldest of Temecula’s schools, Rancho Elementary appears to be aging like fine wine!  Great Job, Folks!
