Day Middle is yet another of our district’s Distinguished Schools, and from the onset of the TVEA visit it was easy to see why.  Special needs students are serviced by an exceptional STEPs program, which acknowledges and promotes students based upon their individual success.  Students were engaged with their teachers, and the staff is friendly and committed.  The Choral Department, run by Mrs. Pat Halic, is an outstanding and award winning program..  Greg Cooke, principal at the site, gave the staff the credit.  Working with these dedicated professionals makes all the difference.  Congratulations to Day for all you do well.
