year the Urban Issues Conference seeks
to meet the training needs of members
in urban chapters by dealing with
current affairs in urban education.

trainers with the latest information
on the issues that impact educators in
urban environments.

Good Teaching
Conference
Garden Grove, CA
The
Good Teaching Conferences, one held in
Northern California and then repeated
in Southern California, are designed
to support good teaching and learning
practices for classroom teachers. The
conferences offer a variety of
workshops for K-12 teachers with
diverse offerings in curriculum
content areas. Pre-conferences
sessions are designed to promote skill
building and in-depth knowledge.
